The witness Michele's last name and the 1st and last name of the mother.

my guess on michele's last name....looks something like Porchetta or Perchetta? or maybe Sarchetta?? sorry, but the record is a bit too blurry for me.

The mother's name looks like Petronella Iachetta to me :-)

But it also resembles the witness Michele's name... which COULD be Forchetta :?
