Dated April 25, 1896 at 9 a.m. in Frigento
Appearing was Francesco Saverio Montecalvo, age 23, peasant/farmer in Frigento who reported that, at 6:40 P.M. on the 23rd, in the house at #25 Secondo Vico Speranzella, a female infant was born to his wife, Maria Carmela Nudo. It was this infant whom he was presenting and to whom was being given the name, Angiolina. Witnesses were Filippo Alberto Testa, age 39, master, and Carmine Pelosi, age 48, landowner. The witnesses and town official signed the document below. The informant was illiterate and did not sign. The margin note says she married Rocco Raffaele Genna on March 14, 1920.
