Record #21 dated Sept 27, 1867 at 8 P.M.
Appearing was Antonio Carracino, age 30, son of deceased Gennaro. He was a mason who was living and resident in Celso. He presented a male infant and stated that he had been born this same day, toward 4 P.M., to his legitimate wife, Filomena Saverino, the daughter of deceased Francesco, age 25. She was a property owner living with her husband in the house in Celso located on via Serre. The infant was being given the name Achille Amato Domenico.

the notation in the margin: Achille married Anna Maria Sodano on Aug 10, 1903
