Translation of Crescenzo Villari Death Act

Hello all_ I am super excited bc I think i just found the death act of my 5x great grandfather Crescenzo Villari. Can someone please translate for me? Thank you so much! It is the 1st entry on the right page. Suzanne

Oh my goodness, I just found the death act of Crescenzo's wife Rosa in the same year. Could you please translate her document too. I really really really appreciate it! She is entry #8 Rosa Perretti (spelling?)

Appearing before the official was Vincenzo Angelis, 50, peasant farmer residing Latina; and Giovanni Anziano(?), 30, peasant farmer residing in Latina; to declare that at 4:30 PM yesterday (11th) at Via Contra #30, died Crescenzo Villari, age 70, peasant farmer residing in Latina, born in Naples to deceased Antonio and deceased Teresa Tignoli; husband of Rosa Perretti.

Appearing before the official were Angelo Itri, 50, peasant farmer; and Giovanni Anziano, 38, peasant farmer, residents of Latina; to declare that at 4:09 PM yesterday (22nd) at Via Contra #8, died Rosa Perretti, age 60, peasant farmer residing in Latina, born in Alvignano to deceased Giovanni and deceased Laura Ottalagana; widow of Crescenzo Villari.

Thank you so much for translating both of these documents. It looks as if my 5x great grandparents died within 3 months of each other. One died at #30 Via Contra and the other at #8 Via Contra. I assume this was because after the one died the other went to live with family. I really appreciate all of your help!!!!
