#17 for Maria Rosaria Montecalvo
Dated Feb 17, 1875 at 9:35 a.m. in Frigento
Appearing: Marciano Montecalvo, age 39, peasant/farmer, in Frigento. He reported that, on the 18th of the current month, in the house at #14 via San Rocco, a female infant was born to his wife, Carmina Ciriello, a peasant/farmer, who was living with him. It was this infant whom he was presenting and to whom was being given the name Maria Rosaria. Witnesses to the declaration of the birth, and presentation of the infant, were Saverio Solomita, age 24, peasant/farmer and Giuseppe Ranando, age 33, musician. Only the town official signed the document below, as the others were illiterate.
