Translation help - Antonia Terio

Would someone please be able to tell me what this document regarding Antonia Terio says? It is an Ancestry.com record -- All Como and Lecco, Lombardy, Italy, Civil Registration Records, 1866-1936 Results

Its kinda hazy but it looks like the birth extract for the marriage allegati
1849 August 19??? birth of Antonia Terio daughter of Gio Battista Terio and Maddalena De Lorenzo this document was for the Feb 10 1884 marriage in San Siro

the birth date appears to be 1849 August 17
