Dated July 4, 1876 at 11:30 a.m. in Frigento
Appearing was Giuseppe Ciriello, age 26, peasant/farmer, in Frigento. He reported that on the 3rd of the current month, at 4:15 P.M., in the house at #7 Contrada Valle dei Conti, his wife, Rosaria Cipriano, a peasant/farmer living with him, gave birth to a female infant. It was this infant whom he was presenting and to whom was being given the name Antonia. Witnesses to the declaration and presentation were: Donato di Rienzo, age 26, property owner, and Nicolangelo Melchionna, age 37, same occupation. The witnesses and the town official signed the document below. The informant was illiterate and did not sign.
