Ship manifest help

Postby 3sunshine » 22 Sep 2013, 22:01

I certainly seem to need a lot of help lately with deciphering words, and again - thank you in advance! I always recommend this website to people researching their Italian Heritage.

So, here is my latest dilemma:

Can someone confirm that the occupation for the person listed on line #1 of this manifest reads as "shoemaker?" and that the occupation for the spouse and daughter on lines #2 and #3 read as "housewoman" (and would this be different than housewife?) Also, can anyone read the brother's name and address for line #1 column #16
