Looking for the 1st and last name of the mother of the deceased.

Last name is Toscano. The first name looks like Bitharea, but I can't find such a name. Still searching.

I thought the first name was something like Bilhanea.

Oh, yes, that must be a dialectal way to pronounce it!
I just wrote it for Jerry, who probably wants to write it down the way it is written in the document... :)
