Birth Record Translation

Attached is a copy of my great grandfather Onofrio Carrubba's birth record from Mussomeli, Sicily in 1890. It is the one on the bottom right hand side of the scanned image. If someone can translate it for me, I would be very thankful. I appreciate your help!
