Looking for the official title of Vincenzo. Something Regio (royal) something.

The title Cavaliere also appears between his first and last names. I think that after Regio is the word Commissario, as in the article below. Some kind of Royal Commission Agent, whatever that means, but I'll have to do some more research to pinpoint his exact job.
