can y0u help in translation of Augustale Milano Matri 1890

Marriage took place on Oct 23, 1890 at 8:40 a.m. in San Chirico Raparo.
The groom, Augustale Milano, was age 28, a day laborer, born in Marsico, but resident in San Chirico. He was the son of Francesco Milano, resident in America, and of Raffaela de Gregorio, resident in Marsico.
The bride: Maria Filomena Tortorelli was age 17, spinner, born and resident in San Chirico. She was the daughter of Giuseppe Tortorelli, resident in America, and Maria Castelluccio, resident in San Chirico.
Witnesses were Vincenzo Catalano, son of deceased Alessandro Catalano, age 60, peasant/farmer, and Vincenzo di Giovanni, age 40, same occupation.
The parents of the bride gave their consent which resulted in the request of the publications. Marriage publications were on the 12th and 19th of October.
The rest of the record is the usual dialogue between the official and the couple-do you take him to be your husband, etc. I pronounce in the name of the law that you are husband and wife, etc.
