Dated Dec 6, 1866 at 5 P.M. in Riccia
Appearing was Veronica Morrone, daughter of deceased Crescenzo, age 50, midwife. She reported that, on the day above, of the month of Dec at 10, Maria Pasquala Rauso, age 30, daughter of Domenico (Rauso) and wife of Donato Sarnese, son of Matteo (Sarnese), age 30, both peasant/farmers, gave birth to a male infant in their house on Strada Orto di Monaci. It was this infant whom she was presenting and whom the parents intended to name Michele. Witnesses were Raffaele Petitti, son of deceased Giulio (Petitti), age 48, servant, and Domenico Genovese, of Nicola (Genovese), age 30, also a servant.

He married Maria Giuseppa Corvino in Riccia on May 31, 1891 (notation in margin)
