The handwritten notation at the bottom identifies the documents presented at the marriage (which were required)
1 - Birth act of groom
2 - Birth act of bride
3 - Death act of father of the groom
4 - Death act of the grandfather of the groom
5 - Death act of the mother of the bride
6 - The certificate of notification that was made and to which there was not opposition.
The assistance of the mother of the groom and the father of the bride as participants...

The above documents can usually be found in the Allegati (attachments) of the marriage act.
