This is what I understand from the record, but one of the native Italian speakers on the forum should feel free to make any necessary corrections-

In Dec of 1916, the town of Cammarata received an authentic copy of the death record of soldier Salvatore La Greca from the Minister of War. The death had occurred in a camp hospital no. 104 in Oct of 1916 on either the 19th or 20th of that month. I see the word venti for 20, but also see the word ieri, so I think it was the 19th. His age at death was 25. He was a soldier in the 224 Reggimento Fanteria, classe 1892, Military District of Girgenti (Agrigento). He was a native of Cammarata, and the son of Francesco and Francesca La Greca. The cause of death is given in the record. I am not 100% on this-what I believe it says is that his injuries resulted from the war, and that he suffered from a deterioration or impairment of his organs, and blood deficiency in his body which resulted from hemorrhaging.

Thanks, Livio. I missed the word sepolta last night, and saw the word you give as the town of death name, but couldn't decipher it last night.

I'm really excited for you. Happy to have helped you discover this about an ancestor.
