I don't understand what do you want to have translated, exactly...
However, it is about a Giacomo Boscarato, from Merlara, near Padua, whose wife gave birth in 1685 two female twins who shared a common heart, but were perfect as to the rest of their bodies...
Do you wish to have it all translated?

Yes, I think the author starts from this case to show it was written in the stars...I'd need a Latin dictionary here to translate, and it's not so easy, but if you are patient, I can slowly try....
However, it states the twins died just an hour after birth, and their father thought of earning some money by showing their bodies. The author says he could see them, and talk to their mother; then there are his astrological considerations.

Well, it's not easy...you know, you can't use Google translator to write a speech, it can just be a help. So I always use a dictionary, for instance, to write letters. Moreover, it's hard for me to express in English sentences structured from Italian/Latin of the XVII century.
I can try one sentence at the time.

Labente igitur ab Universi redentione anno octuagesimoquinto supra millesimum, et sexcentesimum, pervenit Patavium Iacobus Boscaratus, ex turre Merlare: cui cum ex uxore, admirabili casu, Gemellae ortae essent simul in parte cordis iunctae, in reliquis vero membris geminatae, et in omnibus perfectae, speciosis faciebus, nullam monstruositatem habentes, nisi quod cor unum ambas unificabat.

At the end of year 1685 since Redemption of the world, from Torre Merlara arrived at Padua Giacomo Boscarato, whose wife, extraordinary event, had given birth to twin girls at once, sharing their heart, but with all other limbs doubled, and perfect in all, of beautiful aspect, without any monstrousness, but the fact that they were joined at the heart.
