can someone translate this blank death document on what it says. I would like to know what is says before they fill in the blanks.

familysearch.org has some tutorials which helps one to read these documents as well as translates them. familysearch.org has free registration. after logging in, to go link 'get help' (top right) the choose learning center. choose italy. then scroll thru the selections.

i found these tutorials to be helpful.
