Verify My Translation Please

Postby oemorg » 20 Dec 2013, 16:37

This is page 3 of the processetti of Pasquale Dorsa and Caterina Greco. Page 1 is the birth record of Pasquale. Page 2 is the death record of his father, Antonio. I am assuming page 3 is the death record of his grandfather, Francesco.

Questions:

Is this a copy of the death record of Francesco Dorsa who died 29 Jan 1783 at age 38, who was married to Anna Luci?

Or was 38 Anna Luci's age?

Any other important info like parents' names or cause of death?

Thank you for your time,
Greg

I'd say you are right.
There might be ambiguity about whose age it is, but it makes more sense that they wrote dead's age rather than his wife's.
