Spelling of Groom's name and his parents

On record # 132 please give me the correct spelling of the groom's name and that of his parents on this marriage record.

The groom is Domenico Tedesco. His father is deceased Nicola. His mother's first name is Cesarea. Her surname looks like Cipatelli, but I can't find such a surname. I am considering Cifarelli, as I see the t looks like it might have been written over.

I believe it is Cifarelli, a surname found in Altamura :-)
