Mirabella Eclano

Postby tomtst » 10 Jan 2014, 13:49

I will be going to Mirabella later this year and it would be nice if I could locate a family house or at least the approximate location. Below is a link to the death certificate of a family member, is that an exact address that is listed?

The address in the record is 93 via Chiocche. Here is a link to the most searched streets in the town. There is a street via Chiocche del Forno, but I don't know if it is the same street.

Thank you, I have a lot of birth and death records I will look through them and maybe one of them has a little more detail for the street.

You're welcome, Tom. I just sent an email to the town's anagrafe office asking if it is the same street or not. I'll let you know if I get a reply. In the past, I have found that this the only way to know for sure if a street name had changed.

erudita74, this is the birth record of Giuseppe Todisco and the full name of the street is listed, via chiocche del forno.

Hi Tom
Happy you found another record with the full name of the street in it.
