two pages from registro di cittandinanza

am i accurate in understanding that the document states that Maria Gabriela Purcaro is transferring her residency from Andretta back to Ariano, and that her husband Micheleangelo d'Amato was a doctor and is deceased?

is there any other pertinent information that I should be aware of? thanks so much.
