help with translation of death record

Vito Nicola Ciampa record #14
Son of Francesco and Rosa Di Paola, bambino, I see where the date is the 12th of March, but am not sure if that is the date of death. Says "ore quincici" is that 3 o'clock?

Any other pertinent information would be helpful. Thanks!

The record is dated March 12, 1901 at 3 P.M. (ore quindici) but the death took place ieri (yesterday) at ore ventuno e trenta (at 9:30 P.M.) in the house at #1 Vico Guglielmo Pepe. He was 9 months at death.
