Appearing before the official was Giovanni Cappiello, 76, town messenger residing in Rapone; and Eduardo Cerreto(?), 55, sentry residing this town, to declare that at 11 AM today, at the place at Via Garibaldi #65 died Giuseppe Nicola Ciampa, age 15 days, infant residing in Rapone, born in this town to Francesco, peasant farmer residing in Rapone and to Rosa De Paola, peasant farmer residing in this town; single (the deceased).
Witnesses to the record were Oreste Patrissi, 31, middleclass; and Giuseppantonio Tazza, 44, communciante.
