Dated July 21, 1893 at 9:35 a.m.in Frigento. The declarant, Marciano Telese was age 42 and a peasant/farmer in the town. He reported that, at 9 P.M. on the 20th, in the house at #21 via San Giovanni, his wife Gaetana Feola, a peasant/farmer who was living with him, gave birth to a male infant whom he was presenting and to whom was being given the name, Domenico. Witnesses were Camillo Assanti, age 56, and Giuseppe Melchionna, age 25, both property owners in the town. The witnesses and declarant all signed the document together with the town official.
