help with translation of death record

Postby misschristi16 » 03 Apr 2014, 22:15

Record num. 1, Donato Patrissi
Son of Francesco and Rosa Ciampa. 10th of January 1901
Bambino. It states that Vito Nicola Ciampa declared the death--does it mention if related? her father is Vito Nicola.

Any other pertinent info would be appreciated. Thanks.

The death took place on the 9th (ieri) in the house at #9 via Magenta. As to Vito Nicola Ciampa, it just states that he was age 70 and a peasant/farmer. His relationship to the deceased is not given. Donato was five years old at death, although he is referred to as a bambino (baby) in the record. Here is a link to his birth record in case you don't already have it-born July 22, 1895
