Help translate Marriage Record

I found another marriage record today.
Record #14, Vito Ciampa, son of Francesco and Rosa Di (De?) Paola

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

This is not a marriage, but rather a record of the Publication of the BANNS of marriage

Vito Ciampa & Rosa Maria Mucci

Dated 23 December 1928 at 11:30 AM at the town office in Rapone
Appearing before the official was..
1 – Francesco Ciampa, 53, peasant farmer residing in Rapone, father of Vito, age 18, a shoemaker residing in Rapone, and of [son] of Rosa De Paola, peasant farmer residing in Rapone…
AND
2 – Angelomaria Mucci, 50, shoemaker residing in Rapone, father of Rosa Maria, age 18, peasant farmer residing in Rapone, and [daughter of] Rosa Lettieri of Rapone.

Witnesses to the record: Michelangelo Pistacchio, 47, stone cutter; and Giuseppe Nicola Pinto, 50, peasant farmer

Banns were posted on the 23rd and 30th of December
