Military record translation

Hi all
Just need help translating the military record of my relative.

Lines starting with "giunto" state he arrived in a war area, on the date written on the right.
Lines starting with "partito" state he left war area, as sent on extraordinary leave, after an illness
Lines starting with "Rientrato" state he came back from leave to his military group
Last line states he was sent on unlimited leave (war had finished one month earlier)
Giuseppe "Pippo" Moccaldi
