My best effort...
Handwriting and “bleeding-through” on this record make it very difficult…

Dated 15 June 1858
Looks like a female with the surname Ardizzone, age 60, appeared before the official to present a male child born to Maria Caprino(?), her neice/granddaughter (nipote) , age 40, residing in Termini, and to Michele Mascari, age 46, fisheman (looks like pescatore), residing with abovesaid Maria, his spouse; born on 15th of the above month and current year at 1 PM(?)…

Right side states that the child was baptized the same day at the Parish Church in Termini with the name Saverio Mascari.

Child was given the name Saverio.
Witnesses are listed.
