Hi. I don't know if this helps but in the region of Abruzzo, the correct spelling of the name "Marciano" is Marchegiano with the family of the famous boxer, Rocky Marciano originating in Ripa Teatina in the province of Chieti, Abruzzo. His father Pierino Marchegiano left that town in 1920.

Dated March 15th 1872 at 9 a.m. Appearing was Ciriaco Cipriano, son of dec Francesco, age 45, a farmer who was resident in Frigento. He presented a male infant born on this same day, at 3 a.m., to his wife Maria Teresa Capobianco, the daughter of dec Michele, who was living with him. The infant was being given the name Marciano.

No address in this record.
