Genovese or Mastrangelo?

I found 3 documents of the Altieri family, death extracts for a husband, a wife and one of their children. All was going well until I found the 4th document, a death extract of another child. The mother's surnname does not match on the last document. The mother's name is Colomba Genovese married to a Desiderio Altieri on the first three documents and on the 4th it is Colomba Mastrangelo married to a Desiderio Altieri. I am almost certain that it is the same person however as the other 3 documents. From Colomba's death extract I did learn that her father was Angelo. Do you think that there is anyway that on the death extract of Giovanna Altieri, the last document, the surname of the mother says something like Colomba de fu Mastro Angelo and not Mastrangelo? Could it be a term of respect for her father and not a surname? Thank you for any input. Suzanne

Thank you so much. I will now assume that Giovanna altieri is not my ancestor bc her mother is not Colomba Genovese but Colomba Mastrangelo. My line is the Colomba Genovese line.
