This record is dated March 18, 1874 at 10 a.m. in Frigento. Appearing was Lorenzo Martone, son of dec Nicola, age 51, tenant farmer in the town. He reported that a female baby was born to his wife, Maria Giovanna Famiglietti, the daughter of Andrea, at 1 a.m. this same day, in their rural house on Strada Cerricapanna. The infant was being given the name Maria Giuseppa. Witnesses were Andrea Famiglietti, age 67(?), son of Giuseppe, a property owner, and Michele Martone of dec Nicola, age 56, a tenant farmer. Both witnesses were living in the town. The document was only signed by the town official, Nicola Maria Pelosi, as the declarant and witnesses were illiterate.
