This hasn't been the clearest read but it's the best I can do in deciphering the script at the moment:

No 240 Death Act: Filippa Catalano
Registered 6 May 1868, 7 pm
Vincenzo Mercurio??? Son of the late Matteo, 40, facchino (porter) and Salvadore Bruno son of Vincenzo, 27, facchino, both living in Termini reported that on the day and month above at 5 pm, Filippa Catalano died at her home in this town at Via Griante???? She was the widow of Ignazio Crisanti???, age 50, living and born in Termini, daughter of the late Onofrio and Anna (Detta - said) Demma born and living in Termini.
