Scott, these are two different documents. I'll have a look at no 24 (the bottom one) later if no one else does mean time.

She was born and residing in Termini, 60 yo, the widow of Santo Capone, and daughter of Antonino, and Maria Mercurio, both deceased.”

Not a problem Scott. Well, they are definitely a different person. No 24 is for a single 22 (ventidue) yo male named Antonino. (The surname I can't decipher, possibly Mercurio?). They are they same in that they are both Death Records for January 1857.
