Michela Filicicchia, 36 (in Campagna?), living in Termini??? presented a female born to her sister, Anna Filicicchia, 33, living in Termini, and to Francesco Catalano, 38, Censitore???, husband of Anna. The infant was born 22 February, 3 am and given the name Angela.

Baptism details on the right:
No 83
28 February 1839, Parish of Termini.
The Sacrament of Baptism was administered to Angela Catalano on 23 February 1839.

The second page includes the details of the witnesses.
