Scott, I'm not completely undertstanding this but it definitely isn't a death record for Maria Vincenza Bondi.

It appears to be a (transcription of???) a Birth Certificate and a Baptism Record. There are a couple of words I don't completely understand which have thrown me a little. Anyways, I'll type below the important info and maybe someone else will fill in any details that they might feel important to mention.

No 25?
Maria Vincenza Bondi, daughter of Onofrio Bondi and Maria Merlina, living in Termini, born 15 January 1832, 5 pm,
The birth was registered on 18 January 1832

Lower Image: The Sacrament of Baptism was administered to the newborn Maria Vincenza Bondi on 15 January 1832.

Angela :)
