1828 Atti di Nascita - Rosa Mulé

Postby malsbury » 27 Jan 2015, 15:03

Iv'e attached a scan of Record No. 55 from the 1828 Villalba birth records for Rosa Mule', daughter of Vincenzo Mule' and Anna Biondolillo.

Any assistance with the translations of the details would be greatly appreciated. Of specific interest are the ages of the parents, and if any information on the names of their parents are mentioned.

Rosa was born on July 13, 1828 and was baptized on the same day. Her father, Vincenzo Mule', age 28, fieldworker. Her mother, Anna B, age 28, also a fieldworker. No info about Vincenzo and Anna's parents.

Erudita -

Thank you for the translation. This confirms information I have found in other documents. This may be the end of the (civil) paper trail for Vincenzo and Anna. It appears they we married before the Villalba records begin in 1821.

Maybe one day I will find my way there and have a success in any surviving church records for the area.

Thomas
I don't recall if you've located their death records or not. Yes, church records would be the way to locate their marriage record and ancestries, if you could get access to those. The ones on microfilm only start in 1845 and you need much earlier records. You'd have to contact the local parish to see if you could get any help that way.

Erudita -

I have located a death record for an Anna Biondolillo in Villalba that I am 99% is the correct person, but I still need to verify that she remarried before her death since the death record mentions a different husband then Vincenzo Mule'.

You can see the details of that little puzzle in this thread: http://www.italiangenealogy.com/forum/language/32965
