Very good indeed!
April 18 is the registration date, the actual birth date is 17. You find this date on the line before the one containing the mother's name. In this case is "diciassette del corrente mese", 17 of current month.

I saw corrente and guessed that it meant current! :) Thank you, Livio

Rather, I think this may be the correct death record?

Dolores
Still too small. Can't be enlarged. Why aren't you just copying and pasting the url into your post?

Death Records Marciano Ciriello 1883 and 1887

Postby AngelaGrace56 » 04 Feb 2015, 18:49

Hi Dolores

Neither of these death records belong to the baby born in 1898 but they were all children of Giuseppantonio and Mariantonia. The first died in 1883 and the second in 1887.

First Death Record:
No 58, Marciano Ciriello, died 8 September 1883, son of Giuseppantonio Ciriello, peasant farmer; and Mariantonia Famighetti, aged 8 months. Address: Via Storta Limiti, No 7
https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.3.1/T ... ,954410301

Second Death Record:
No 34 Marciano Ciriello, died 12 May 1887, son of Giuseppantonio Ciriello and Mariantonio Famiglietti, farmer, aged 8 days. Address: Via Storta Limiti, No 7.

It would be worth going through the death records for Frigento, Dolores, when you have time, because there are Allegati with some of them.
