Translation Help- Enrichetta Cantino (#28)

Postby OrangeBlossom44 » 19 Mar 2015, 18:13

I would appreciate help translating the relevant information in birth record #28 - Cantino, Enrichetta.

I believe Enrichetta is my great aunt. I think this record says her parents are Francesco Cantino and Antonia Goia. I can't make out the date Enrichetta was born, but I think it is in July 1867. Is Antonia's town mentioned? I think I see Antonia's deceased father mentioned (looks like Giardino), but not sure. Is Antonia's mother mentioned? I can't tell if the names of Francesco's parents are mentioned, but if they are, they should be Vittore Cantino and Clara Negro.

Thank you very much.

Thank you, Liviomoreno. I appreciate your help very much.

Does Enrichetta's birth record also tell the name of the town that mother Antonia Goja and her late father Gioachino came from? Does the record give the first name of Antonia's mother and whether she was still living at the time of the baby's birth?

Thanks again.

Livio :D , do you see "trenta, e tre" in the record for Francesco's age (just before his occupation), making him age 33?
