Birth Record: Angelo Ottavio Pivato

Postby JOHN08 » 21 Mar 2015, 02:37

My translation of the marriage notation on the birth record for Angelo Ottavio Pivato:

Angelo Ottavio Pivato, son of Giovanni, married Elisabetta Carini on the 16th of January 1912 in the comune of T???oli. I'm not sure that the first letter is "T" for name of this comune.

Thanks for your help.

John

I am sure the town is Tivoli.

Not sure whether the date is 14 January or 16 January 1912.

Happy to help. All the best with your new research. I'm not so sure that there are any records, as yet, online for Tivoli, Lazio but someone else might know this for sure. I had a quick search and couldn't see anything.

Angela,

Family History Library has 23 microfilms, 1871-1919, for Tivoli (Roma).

Yes, I see that there are films available for rent, although somewhat limited. It looks like there might be some good allegati records amongst those films though, so hopefully they will give you more info and take you back further. 1911/1912 allegati should be amongst them :D
