Could someone translate this birth record for me. Also, I am not sure if the information in the margin relates to him or not. Thank you!

#63
Dated 17 July 1873 in Frigento
Before the official appeared Michele Cipriano, son of Marchiano, age 42, peasant farmer residing in Frigento, to present a male child who was born yesterday, the 16th, at 4 PM to his wife Arcangela Genua, daughter of Giovanni, residing with her husband at Contrada Stupara di Fratta (?) in this territory, and the child was to be called Marciano.
Present at the recording of this act was Angelo di Martino son of deceased Aniello, 53, shepherd; and Nunzio Giovanniello son of deceased Antonio, 37, shoemaker; both residing in Frigento.

The side note is related to the birth of Antonio Cancelliere in the record prior.
