I have a match via ancestry DNA for someone who has ancestors from the same small town in Italy that my ancestor came from. I believe I found his birth record would someone please translate it for me?
Thank You Very Much!

Dated 1871, ay 29 January at 3 PM at the town office in Orero
Before the official...
Appeared Giambattista Arata [son of Bartolomeo] age 45, peasant farmer residing in this town, to not present the child because of the temperature of the season, but to declare that on 26 of the current month of January at 6 AM in Costasecca, hamlet of this town, at the house of Cicciotto was born a male child to his wife Anna Demartini [daughter of Clemente] peasant farmer of age 33, and to the above named declarant (the father), and to this child was given the name GIOVANNI.
At this recording of the birth was present was Nicola Arata who was the only one to sign with the official and the declarant (father) was illiterate.
