Is Nicola Scioli the son of Ippolita Foglietta?

Is Nicola Scioli the son of Ippolita Foglietta?

On this 1811 death record for Ippolita Foglietta, is it saying that Giovanni Scioli (38 yrs old) and Nicola Scioli are both sons of Ippolita? And why does there not seem to be any age for Nicola? Ippolita's husband was also Nicola Scioli but according to other documents, he died before 1798. So I'm just trying to clarify who this Nicola is.

she was the mother of Giovanino and the aunt of Nicola.
