Dated Dec 4, 1870 in Frigento. Appearing at the town hall to make the declaration and presentation was Amato Martone, son of dec Nicola. He was age 31 and a farmer in Frigento. He reported that, on the 3rd at 9 P.M., in the rural house located on Contrada Macchia, a male infant was born to his wife, Anna d'Avino, daughter of Michele. The infant was being named Rocco.
