Hi Dolores

I've not seen this before in records.

What it I think it says is “Visto (Seen) per (for) il (the) 1 (first) quadrimestre (four month period) Frigento 14 May 1907. Then it has been signed, I believe, by the official. They did this again four months later, only it was the second four month period. Someone might like to verify but it looks like the official in this town checked and signed off the records every four months. Well, that's what it looks like to me.

The writing in the margin has no real impact on your record – it just happened to be the last record in the first third of the year.

Happy to help Dolores. (We are a bit glum without our smiles these days.)
Happy 4th of July!

I had to make up for the smile I missed. :) :)

Just do the colon and a parenthesis and you should be able to make two or more smiles................
Grazie,

Dolores
