Birth Record, Angelo Raffaele Iafolla, 25 Oct 1855

Postby JOHN08 » 26 Jul 2015, 06:55

My translation of this birth record:

On the 25th of October 1855, appeared Antonio Iafolla, 39, a peasant farmer, and declared the birth of Angelo Raffaele Iafolla, born of his wife, Maria Felice Stella, 32, a spinner. Angelo was baptized on the same day at the Santa Maria della Pace Church in Capestrano.

A notation on the side has marriage information: Angelo Raffaele Iafolla married Giulia Tresca ??? on the 4th of January 1880 in Capestrano.

I know this record is difficult to read; however, this is the best image I have.

Any additions/corrections are appreciated.

John

I believe Maria Felice Stella was 33, otherwise I concur with your interpretation.
