Help needed to transcribe/translate one record

Postby sandyman720 » 13 Aug 2015, 16:12

Hi All- I am new to the board. I was hoping you could help with two things on this record.

I cannot quite make out the birth date. I believe it is Jan 8, 1872 but want to get a second set of eyes on it.

The other thing is that I am looking to see what it says after the name of the mother. Her name is Anna La??ratolo. It has a cross which I believe she is deceased but there is some text after that so I am hoping there is a clue there when she died. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

After the mother's name (his wife, Signora Anna Maria Locuratolo) it says... residing with him at the house at Strada Piazza #38

The cross May mean that she is deceased, but you have not included the entire record, so it difficult to say.

You have the CORRECT date of birth :D
