Do you know what word is circled here in red before the name De Feo? This would be the mother of the deceased.

"della fu" - bascially "The deceased" or "the late" Carmela De Feo.
Adding: The word "fu" is singular and translates to "was". The word "furono" (delli furono) is plural and translates to "were".
