Okay so we have discussed the marriage record, but I have discovered that the dead wife is actually the mother of my Anna Maria Garrasi, so I need to know if it says the year she died or where I would find her death record. All I can make out is Feb 24 and something that looks like Ternini? I have looked everywhere in San Giuseppe records and can't find her UGHHHHHH

The dead wife is Domenica Chiarella, a death certificate was issued by the Ufficio di Stato Civile of Palermo on Feb 24 1877. She died in Palermo.
You should find the death certificate in the Allegati for this marriage
