Marriage Bann

Postby Biff83 » 11 Oct 2015, 02:23

Another record I could use help with; it's for a local library patron I've been helping.

I'm guessing this is a marriage bann pertaining to the marriage of the groom Luigi Seneca, son of the living Giovanni and Maria Pasquala ? and the bride Maria Giuseppa Mascia, daughter of Antonio and Filomena Mutino. Town is Colle Sannita, province of Benvenuto, church is San Giorgio Martire (St George the Martyr).

This is the actual religious marriage record. The banns were posted on Oct 14, 21 and 28 1900.
The marriage was celebrated Dec 10 1900. Maria Pasquala's surname could be Epifani, it's quite hard to read
