Postby AngelaGrace56 » 21 Nov 2015, 20:40

Hi Dolores

This is a death record for 11 month old Carmina. I've located the online record, it is much clearer:

Death Record No 56: Carmina Cipriano
Recorded on 14 July 1878, 11.14 am, Frigento
Marciano Calo, 48, peasant farmer, living Frigento, and Loreto Vitale, 36, peasant farmer, living Frigento, reported that at 5.30 am today, at a house in Contrada Fontana Michele, No 7, died Carmina Cipriano, age 11 months, residing Frigento, born, Frigento. She was the daughter of Rocco Cipriano, peasant farmer, and Angela Maria Genua, peasant farmer, both living Frigento. Carmina was Celibe – unmarried.

Witnesses:
Rocco Conte, 28, and Carmine Pelosi, 29, both land owners (possidente).

You are too much, Angela! Thank you, thank you.

P.S. Genna and Genua, someday the correct one will prevail. :)
Grazie,

Dolores

:) Why thankyou! Happy I could help, Dolores. Yes the Genna/Genua spelling keeps challenging us.....like so many other things to do with genealogy.....
